Introducing the Fabulous Big Band Orchestra

Here's the real reason that Ned sounds so damn good - THE BAND!  Without these marvelous musicians none of this would be possible.  While we work with many different musicians to fill the roster, we have a core group that has been playing together now for over 5 years.  I'd like to take this opportunity to highlight those special people and the effort that they have put into our work.

Trey Eubanks, Piano

"First off, what is a big band singer without his pianist, and in this case I truly have one of the best.  Trey and I have now worked together for over years and have built an almost telepathic repore.  If I were Frank he's be my Bill Miller.  If I were Dean, he'd be my Ken Lane.  Simpliy the best."

Erik Morales, Lead Trumpet, Composer, Arranger & Band Leader

"Erik played 2nd trumpet with us for the first time a long time ago for one of our "City Christmas" shows behind a huge player named Milo Mannino out of New Orleans.  It was an extremely cold and rainy night and I remember talking with Erik after the gig about who we were and what I wanted to accomplish with the band.  Well all I can say is we clicked and Erik has been instrumental in working with me and providing guidance and insight.  He also just composed my first official Ned Fasullo Theme music.  Where Milo was definitely huge, Erik has proven to be a giant for us."

Robyn Sharp, Lead Alto Saxophone, Flute and Clarinet

"Robyn joined our organization many years ago as a substitute on the baritone sax.  She was such an impressive player with such a great attitude about life and music in general, that she quickly rose to the lead Alto chair and their she remains.  She has given countless hours to us and we could not be more grateful or more lucky, to have her."

Michael Weeks, Lead Tenor Saxophone and Clarinet

"Mike is a another player who began subbing in for us years back here and there, until one day I woke up and realized that he's one of the best tenor saxophone players in the country.  Mike also helps our organization when it comes to finding new, untapped talent and to me he is indespensible."

Emilie Smart, Baritone Saxohone

"Emilie is the Peppa to my Salt, the Tonto to my Lone Ranger.  Our barbing and ribbing of each other onstage in the early days got to be so funny that she's part of the act.  What a character and what a monster baritone player!  She puts the junk in our trunk on the bottom end and puts all others to shame.

Sean Horridge, 2nd Trumpet

"The Boy Wonder.  We make jokes onstage about him being so young, but when you hear him play 1st or 2nd book and listen to him slice through some of the toughest Riddle, Hefi, and Mandel arrangements, you wonder if he's not some reincarnated player from a past era.

James Bourdier, Drums & Percussion

"They say that the success of any big band depends on its arrangements, but I disagree.  I believe that the success of any big band organization depends solely on the drummer, and in this case, I have the best, and I should know....I've been through more of them during the last ten years than Sinatra through bottles of Jack!  James is a big drummer, huge sound, and plays like a rock star.  He reminds me of Tori Zito who was Bobby Darin's drummer for many years on most of his recorded hits.  He knows the tunes, but more importantly he knows how to make them all just a little more "ours" just by doing what he does.

The musicians listed below we are also proud to say work with us every chance they get.  And an honorable mention to all of the musicians I have worked with across the country.  We couldn't be happier working with them!
